Refund & Returns
After sale customer care is one of our priorities here at Fogfathers. We offer a friendly return and refund policy on most goods*.
You must notify us of the cancellation as soon as possible and return the items(s) within 14 days of receipt to:Returns Department

You are responsible for the care of the item(s) whilst in your possession and they must be returned at your cost in its orginal state and a sellable condition.
Please ensure to send the item(s) via recorded delivery. Fogfathers will reimburse your postage fee if items are declared faulty.We aim to process part or the full refund immediately after the item has been received and no later than 5 working days of receipt.
Please note that settlement of the funds will depend on your bank.
Open seals or damage to an unwanted product will result in a rejection to a refund and the sender will have arranged return of the goods at their cost.
*Unfortunately, we cannot under any circumstances accept e-liquids, vape tanks, and clearomizer/atomizers (unless faulty or dead on arrival*) due to hygiene and safety reasons. We also do not accept drip tip or coils for the same reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Dead on arrival relates to a fault upon first use and you us must contact Fogfathers within 24 hours of receiving their order for the warranty to be applicable.
